Guest Ratings & Reviews
I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the Deluxe room; it was much larger than the average double bed room. However, the sheets and towels were stained. I didn't have high expectations for the room, but it fell short in terms of cleanliness. The hotel is situated in an unattractive area of the city, but it's very convenient for exploring the local sights, especially Jungarh fort. The service personnel were courteous, but they seemed ignorant towards guest requests, which was unexpected based on previous experiences in Rajasthan. The staff did redeem themselves by being helpful in providing us with a heater and kettle for our room. The dining experience was okay, with room for improvement to make it more refreshing, especially in the complimentary breakfast included in the Rs3000 price. Overall, the facilities were sufficient, but there is room for enhancement to meet higher standards.
The hotel is in a convenient location, fairly close to Junagarh Fort with a great view of the city and hand-made chai by local artists. The rooms are really nice, with beautiful bathrooms featuring hot water. Although the service is friendly and the Haveli has plenty of character, there were moments of ignorance towards guest requests. The dining experience is ok but could be more refreshing, especially in the Rs3000 price range. Overall, the location is very convenient, the rooms are nice, and the service has a mix of warmth and surprises.
The hotel offers very comfortable rooms with a nice bathroom featuring reliable hot water but the furnishings could be more tasteful. The service is very friendly and helpful in this wonderful old Haveli with plenty of character. The location is good for exploring the city, and the dining experience is simple but adequate. However, the dining could be more refreshing, and the price is in the Rs3000 range. Rooms are rated at 7/10, service at 9/10, location at 8/10, dining at 7/10, and facilities at 8/10.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and beautifully adorned with wall paintings and antique-like furniture. The service was very polite and helpful. The location, in an old Haveli with plenty of character, was great for exploring the city. The dining experience was okay but could have been more refreshing, especially considering the price. The facilities were satisfactory, offering a comfortable stay overall.
The haveli had amazing rooms, but being on the second floor made it rather difficult to have a good sleep. The service personnel were friendly and helpful overall, but they showed some ignorance towards guest requests, which was surprising. The location was convenient, though in an unattractive area of the city. The dining experience was simple but okay, especially for the price. Despite some flaws, the facilities were decent.
